The Accounts Payable Coordinator is a highly visible role that will manage the daily and weekly processing of accounts payable. The Accounts Payable Coordinator will also lead and oversee several other accounting and administrative functions including vendor management and setup, invoice approval and compliance, general ledger coding, W9's, journal entries, and reporting.
The Accounts Payable Coordinator role requires the wearing of "multiple hats" and is ideal for a self-driven individual that can own the entire process, create and propose process improvements, and be held accountable for time-sensitive deliverables.
