    eFinancial and Fidelity Life is seeking a new, Manager Organization Effectiveness for a hands-on opportunity in a high growth organization.  With the goal of aggressively scaling our business, the Manager will be responsible for partnering with Leadership on positive change and spearheading new best practice implementation across the enterprise.  This role will be responsible for overseeing our HR communication strategy and help with all project management efforts related to change in process and systems. This is an exciting opportunity to not only help strategically shape the enterprise of tomorrow but to lead tactically as an HR brand ambassador and change agent.


    • Serve as an advisor in almost every facet of the Employee Life Cycle, from Onboarding to Career Development to Culture/Engagement, Training, and Communication
    • Drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change
    • Anticipate changing trends in both talent supply and demand; Accountable for analyzing results including workforce analysis and forecasting future needs
    • Designs, revises, distributes, interprets, and applies policies and procedures
    • Partner with executive-level staff throughout the organization to gather input/perspective on HR decisions which in turn will help ensure the delivery of high-quality HR processes
    • Demonstrates employee advocacy and develops a reputation as a neutral and approachable HR professional
    • Provides value-added services to include strategic management, leadership development, project management, and change management
    • Serves as the point person for their portion of the Organization as it relates to Performance Management, Change Management, Engagement Action Planning, Talent Assessments, and Succession Planning
    • Support all efforts to manage a strategic vendor list and participate in all vendor reviews and negotiations
    • Assist all departments with proper vendor management oversight
    • Ensure the quality and direction of human resources services is managed with advice that is properly aligned to company’s strategy and objectives
    • Support department efficiency by identifying areas of process improvement
    • Develop, implement and participate in employee engagement surveys and recognitions programs
    • Ability to lead special projects as it relates to our people
    • Manage vendor relationships for HR and help select and serve as Implementation Lead for new HRIS Platform
    • Serves as Governance Lead for the new Company-wide Intranet
    • Perform other duties as required


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar course of study from an accredited university or college
    • Minimum of 10-15 Years of progressive HR experience required and prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
    • Prior experience developing a website or overseeing any LMS highly desired
    • Ability to navigate multiple projects simultaneously with sound judgement and prioritization
    • Develop and execute communications strategy
    • Proven creative skills, including the use of social media
    • Strong project management skills with an ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and highly developed interpersonal skills
