    eFinancial and Fidelity Life is seeking a new Talent Acquisition Manager for a hands on opportunity in a high growth organization.  With the goal of aggressively scaling our business, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition team, partnering with Leadership on positive change, and spearheading new best practice implementations across the enterprise.  This is an exciting opportunity to not only help strategically shape the enterprise of tomorrow, but to lead tactically as an HR brand ambassador and change agent.

     

    The Talent Acquisition Manager drives the strategy and execution of our sales team’s hiring initiatives as well as supporting all other key areas of the organization. Partnering with all hiring managers to understand our business objectives and staffing plans, the Talent Acquisition Manager will own our employer brand’s digital presence and our college recruiting efforts, working to drive a continuous flow of high-quality applicants. S/he will also own the full recruiting process, from first impression to first day.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead, engage and develop a team of experienced talent acquisition professionals to effectively and efficiently deliver demand for a high growth organization
    • Maintain and improve the standard TA process ensuring efficiency and compliance, quality hiring decision and candidate experience in line with the overall HR function and new company values
    • Own and further develop talent acquisition systems, tools and reporting across the enterprise
    • Engage continually with key business and HR leadership to ensure that the TA service is relevant and adding maximum value
    • Input to the employee brand, sourcing and talent pipelining initiatives ensuring effective use of sourcing channels, and a focus on direct sourcing outreach
    • Effectively manage the full recruiting process from first impression to first day
    • Proactively partner with the sales hiring manager to understand the department’s goals, staffing plan, and ideal candidate persona that drives recruiting efforts
    • Improve and maintain the digital presence of the FidelityLife and eFinancial employer brand
    • Successfully develop and maintain a network of contacts and relationships (including relevant college programs) to help identify and source high-quality candidates
    • Manage key business stakeholder relationships and provide talent acquisition counsel and guidance to effectively deliver the most optimal hiring solutions
    • Collaborate with team leaders to understand short and long term human capital and workforce needs across the organization
    • Identify, integrate and manage all recruiting-related vendors and tools that increase efficiency and experience for both candidates and hiring managers
    • Enhance and analyze talent acquisition reporting, metrics, and kpi’s to identify trends and variances to enhance processes and strategy
    • Define and own a budget to maximize all spend associated with tools, sourcing channels and social media outreach

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree required, with at least 8-10 years of progressive recruitment and staffing
      experience; 3+
      years of management experience required
    • Experience using and maintaining an Applicant Tracking System
    • Deep expertise and proven ability to manage full life cycle recruiting
    • Proven creative candidate sourcing skills, including the use of social media
    • Strong project management skills with an ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
    • Thorough knowledge of employment benefit and labor laws
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and highly developed interpersonal skill
    • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and ability to prioritize
    • Proven ability to run meetings, present reports and make presentations
    • Collaborative: able to work in a cross functional team
    • Decisive: able to consider a wide range of information to make the best possible decision in a timely manner
    • Experience operating in other functions of HR is seen as highly desirable
    • Is self-aware and actively seeks input from others on impact and effectiveness
    • Applies judgment and common sense at scale - able to use insight and good judgement to deliver commercially sound, efficient and pragmatic decisions and solutions and to respond to situations as they arise
