With the goal of aggressively scaling our business, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition team, partnering with Leadership on positive change, and spearheading new best practice implementations across the enterprise. This is an exciting opportunity to not only help strategically shape the enterprise of tomorrow, but to lead tactically as an HR brand ambassador and change agent.
The Talent Acquisition Manager drives the strategy and execution of our sales team’s hiring initiatives as well as supporting all other key areas of the organization. Partnering with all hiring managers to understand our business objectives and staffing plans, the Talent Acquisition Manager will own our employer brand’s digital presence and our college recruiting efforts, working to drive a continuous flow of high-quality applicants. S/he will also own the full recruiting process, from first impression to first day.
