  • Overview

    eFinancial is seeking a receptionist/HR Assistant for the Bellevue, WA office. We are seeking a reliable and energetic individual to join our team! This full-time position would support the office and Human Resources. While this is a receptionist role, this individual should have an interest in the Human Resources function.

     

    Responsibilities

    Receptionist:

    • Answer the phones and greet visitors. Forward voice mails to the correct person/department
    • Handle temporary badges and parking validations
    • Light cleaning of the kitchen and reception areas. Refill and restock break areas and kitchen items daily
    • Handle all mail, sorting, distributing to employees and mailing items out.
    • Scanning of certain mailing items on a daily basis
    • Point of contact for office related service and cleanliness issues, report them to the building and/or the appropriate department
    • Ad-hoc items as requested.

    HR Assistant:

    • Invoice reconciliation for benefits billing
    • Ad-hoc reporting for different departments
    • Update display monitors
    • Assist the HR department in various capacities

     

    Qualifications

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

    • Experience with multi-line phone system
    • Technical proficiency desired, especially experience with the Microsoft suite and SharePoint
    • Highly organized
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Exceptional positive interpersonal communication skills.

    • Confidentiality-focused

    Education/Experience:

    Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

     

    Computer Skills:

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
