    eFinancial is seeking a proactive and hands on Affiliate Marketing Specialist to lead the organization’s affiliate marketing programs.  Through daily campaign management, analysis, and vendor recruitment, the Affiliate Marketing Specialist will focus on growing the affiliate channel while identifying key areas for improvement.   


    • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues
    • Conduct frequent A/B tests on hosted lead generation properties
    • Maintain high level of communication with affiliates, recommend new campaigns for affiliates and provide performance feedback to management
    • Optimize buys, renegotiate rates, cancel or renew partnerships, etc. as necessary
    • Recruit new affiliates through research, referrals and other avenues
    • Refresh and optimize creative units and media placements, provide links and reporting to affiliates as needed
    • Communicate and monitor compliance or brand guidelines in affiliate channel
    • Proactively monitor traffic sources on all campaigns
    • Represent eCoverage at industry conferences


    • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or Business
    • 2-5 years of experience working in a related field; e.g., within online lead generation or for an affiliate marketing agency
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong aptitude with MS Office products, especially Excel; working knowledge of Tableau a plus
    • Self-starter and works well within a team environment
    • Ability to effectively manage and build affiliate relationships
    • Working knowledge of tracking software such as Hitpath, Cake, and HasOffers a huge plus
    • Understanding of simple landing page / web design best practices and ability manage multiple on page tests
    • Experience writing Java/Jquery/Html a plus
