    This Intern/Part-Time position pays $15 hourly. Approximate hours a week are 20-25. This internship runs until December 31st, 2019.

    Responsibilities

    • Execute audit testing procedures and prepare audit work papers
    • Identify and discuss audit observations with Manager, Internal Audit and document exceptions and process improvements
    • Assist with drafting preliminary observations, recommendations, presentations and other materials for management and the Audit Committee Board of Directors
    • Perform follow-up to ensure audit recommendations are implemented timely
    • Build collaborative and trusting relationships with process owners, management, and other cross-functional stakeholders
    • Assist with other ad-hoc assignments as needed, which may include updating the SOX Repository, updating/developing process flow documentation, working with process owners to gain an understanding of processes and identifying process risks and mitigating controls.

    • Team player with the ability to work independently and be self-motivated
    • Possess strong communication skills, both written and oral
