Overview

The Digital Marketing & Experience team at Fidelity Life and eFinancial is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to contribute to our growing direct-to-consumer business. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the rest of the digital marketing team including, digital analytics, creative and UX, and our external agency partners in order to help increase the size and profitability of our various paid media channels.

 

The Digital Marketing Specialist will assist in the execution of all digital campaigns, optimizing traffic, improving website conversion, and help to maximize lead generation and online sales activity.

 

In addition to supporting digital marketing efforts, the Digital Marketing Specialist will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally on various marketing projects. This is a new role on a growing team with excellent experiential and career growth prospects for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day work of managing, and optimizing digital media efforts across search, display, social, video and native with agency partners
  • Harness our customer data as well as 1st and 3rd party targeting options available on various platforms to identify and address key consumer segments
  • Support continuous testing of ad creatives across multiple formats and website and landing page CRO testing. Assist in results analysis, and identification of actionable opportunities and best practices to improve response and conversion performance
  • Work with agency and internal digital analytics team to analyze performance data across entire funnel from ad impression to sale and identify cross-channel wins as well as potential areas for optimization or testing
  • Stay abreast of the digital marketing landscape research and communicate on important industry trends, account beta opportunities, and new platforms to bring on and test
  • Assist with our PPC strategy by monitoring keywords, search queries, and campaign trends to find areas for growth and improvement (platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube)
  • Collaborate with agency and in-house design team to develop ad copy, various content, and graphics in to build successful digital campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Marketing or equivalent degree with 3-5+ years of digital marketing/advertising, related experience (preferably in the insurance, financial services or performance based capacity)
  • 2-5 years of Google Ads account management
  • 2-5 years optimizing websites for improved conversion rate & user experience
  • Experience working with marketing and advertising tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, VWO, Invoca, Marketo, etc.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager a plus
  • Must love data, analytics, have a strong desire to move things forward and have a measurable impact
  • Advanced to expert level in Excel
  • Strong project management skills and ability to organize and manage concurrent projects/workstreams
  • Ability to plan and manage in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, extremely detail-oriented with positive attitude and ability to always bring ideas to the table
