Fidelity Life is seeking a Payroll & HR Coordinator to drive the entire payroll preparation and processing for multiple, stand-alone payrolls. The Payroll & HR Coordinator will also act as the liaison between the HR team and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of HR and Payroll related inquiries. The Payroll & HR Coordinator will also provide administrative support and assist the team with various projects.
As a senior member of the Marketing Leadership Team, the Marketing Director is responsible for leading the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the Efinancial and Fidelity Life businesses. This includes customer acquisition and retention campaigns, content management across digital touchpoints (i.e., websites, social, mobile, etc.), and brand development. The Marketing Director reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Working in a cross-functional environment, the Marketing Director will be based in Chicago with some travel required to the Seattle, Washington area.
The Staff Accountant is responsible for moderately complex general accounting and analysis activities as well as day to day management of the general ledger processes and reports preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, account analysis, as well as documenting and evaluating current procedures. This position will report to the Accounting Manager.
