This role will be responsible for overseeing our HR communication strategy and help with all project management efforts related to change in process and systems. The HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for the administrative support of the day to day operations of the Talent Acquisition department. The HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be hands on with scheduling interviews and transactional candidate communications, job advertisements and social media recruitment branding, sourcing, ATS system navigation and reporting, and other adhoc support opportunities as they arise within the overall Human Resources department.
As part of the Fidelity Accounting Team, the Accounting Analyst will be responsible for supporting accounting and reporting topics related to the net underwriting results of the organization with a focus on the gross insurance business on a STAT and GAAP basis. Accounting Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparation and recording of journal entries, reconciling premium and claim accounts, preparation of account reconciliations, delivering on GAAP and STAT regulatory reporting deadlines, and preparation of schedules and disclosures for the NAIC quarterly and annual statements. The Accounting Analyst will also assist with the preparation of statutory audited financial statements and support data requests related to external audits and state examinations.
The Accounting Analyst also has the opportunity to act as a system administrator for all finance related systems. The Accounting Analyst will act as subject matter expert and be the main contact for the following services to the Finance department: user training, data reconcilement processes, production data loads of interfaces from third parties (and balancing these daily loads), security access, testing and evaluating system updates, steering and maintaining information to ease management reporting, maintenance of organizational structure attributes (Profit Centers and account attributes), and ensuring the data and attributes are consistent and reliable.
The Accounts Payable Coordinator is a highly visible role that will manage the daily and weekly processing of accounts payable. The Accounts Payable Coordinator will also lead and oversee several other accounting and administrative functions including vendor management and setup, invoice approval and compliance, general ledger coding, W9's, journal entries, and reporting.
The Accounts Payable Coordinator role requires the wearing of "multiple hats" and is ideal for a self-driven individual that can own the entire process, create and propose process improvements, and be held accountable for time-sensitive deliverables.
The Digital Marketing Analyst will lead analyses to glean business insights that enhance our digital marketing performance. The Digital Marketing Analyst will drive and support next stage iterations on testing, content, copy, and other important aspects of our marketing programs to increase consumer engagement, acquisition, loyalty, and retention.
The Digital Marketing Analyst role encompasses analysis of all areas of the marketing funnel: awareness and consideration (websites, social media, content/video/blogs), purchase (nurture campaigns, cart optimization tactics), and retention (NPS, cross-sell, and up-sell).
The ideal Digital Marketing Analyst candidate must be analytical but possess the skills to translate data into business strategies that deliver measurable results. This person will be responsible for daily/weekly monitoring and reporting, ad hoc deep dives, and leading meetings to share key data points and recommendations.
As a senior member of the Marketing Leadership Team, this role is responsible for leading the development and delivery of a fully integrated D2C marketing strategy for the eFinancial and Fidelity Life businesses. This includes customer acquisition and retention campaigns, content management across digital touchpoints (i.e., websites, social, mobile, etc.), and brand development. The position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Working in a cross-functional environment, the role will be based in Chicago with some travel required to the Seattle, Washington area.
