The Director of Human Resources is responsible for pro-actively establishing an HR vision, mission, and building an HR strategic function. Through driving organizational effectiveness and leading change, the Director of Human Resources will have proven experience and be a subject matter expert in all critical disciplines of Human Resources. Our Ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, action oriented, self-starter who is looking to re-engineer our human resources presence. The Director of Human Resources will be tasked with providing guidance and advice to Leadership and developing solutions within the Human Resources team. This incumbent will develop and execute on policy and will lead all human resources functions including recruitment and talent management, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, and payroll.
